Attended the Malta Government School of Arts studying drawing under Joseph L. Mallia and painting under Harry  Alden.  Followed a foundation course in etching under  Harry Alden.

Followed foundation courses in ceramics under Neville Ferry and clay modelling under Anthony Calleya at the Malta School of Art.
   
Academic Qualifications:

Graduated B.A. (Hons) Degree in Art History, at the University of  Malta, presenting a dissertation entitled “George Preca and the Birth of Modern Sensibility in Maltese Art”.
